Staffing Workflow
Problem
An IT staffing business foresaw workflow automation in the hiring process as a tool that could give them a competitive advantage in their markets, and support them with their anticipated growth. They wanted this tool integrated within their Oracle CRM front end and their Oracle Financial backend. Not only did they want the system to serve internal needs for employee hiring requirements, they wanted the web based system to serve as an efficiency and communication tool available to their customers and candidates.
Solution
CABEM designed, built and delivered a hiring and employee management application which automates workflow, removed redundant activity and instilled best practices and workflow consistency. The system dynamically creates customer unique portals that will enable the customer to view their contract and candidate information real-time. It provides both 1099 and W2 personnel remote software capability that will allow for access and updates to relevant information and timecard submittal. In the future it will provide for Vendor on Premises (VOP) capability to manage multiple staffing vendors, candidates and placements. The web-based solution was built in Microsoft's .NET framework with Oracle as the database to simplify integration into the CRM and financial application.
