Identity Theft and IDF

Problem
CABEM’s client, Identity Force, offers products and services to individuals, businesses, and government. At present, Identity Force is the U.S. Federal Governments #1 provider of identity theft protection services. Prior to IDF’s inception, Steve Bearak and Judy Leary, Identity Force founders, had a vision to protect individuals and organizations from the increasing threat of identity theft crimes. With years of experience in background screening and asset search services, and expertise in information verification services, they met with CABEM Technologies in 2006, seeking expertise in custom software solutions. To succeed, Steve wanted an online application that could give Identity Force the flexibility to deliver targeted product and services easily tailored to address a variety of different needs. Key to their vision was a desire to give the Identity Force team in-house capabilities for making many of the site upgrades themselves, quickly, in order to increase customer and market responsiveness.

Solution
CABEM worked closely with Identify Force to deliver a sophisticated, scalable online application with a platform enabling Identity Force team members to reconfigure service offerings efficiently and with minimal, if any development support. As part of the build, CABEM helped Identity Force launch into the affiliate market with the integration of products and services, online billing, content management and a series of custom admin tools. CABEM continues to build in enhanced functionality for Identity Force adding new services through third party providers; capturing recurrent billing processes; creating a billing management and membership system; and building tools to manage front end concepts. As part of CABEM’s ongoing support, CABEM manages the hosting environment. We are proud to say that Identity Force is a major player in the Identity Theft marketplace.
