Brian Matthews leads the design and development effort and Jay Fredkin leads the business requirements and project management effort at CABEM. They both have served as CEO and President with software firms and between them represent 50+ years of business experience. Their software businesses have developed ecommerce, B2B, workflow automation, extended supply chain, and real time expert applications as well as custom solutions and products.

Boris Savic leads the award-winning Visual design program at CABEM. Boris has significant experience serving both large and small businesses, including clients such as Wells Fargo Bank, Major League Baseball and ServiceMaster. Martha Reyna-Medina leads the Customer Services for CABEM. With expertise in Technical Documentation, Training, Adoption and Testing, Martha's experience includes managing technical help desk and technical support departments.
